About Boutte's Cajun Market
We are a family owned and operated Cajun Market, Restaurant, and USDA Manufacturing Plant located in Lumberton, Tx. Boutte's Boudin originated in Lafayette, Louisiana in 1978 under the original ownership of Ronnie Boutte. With his passing in 1990, M.L. (Colorado) & Loretta Singleton took over the operation and have been dedicated to its success ever since. Boutte's Original Cajun Boudin recipe has remained the same since the beginning and continues to be a popular favorite to so many!
In 2013, Ashley and Hardy Frank joined the operation allowing business to grow. Since our Market opened its doors in 2016, we’ve treated every customer like they were a part of our family and have enjoyed serving this wonderful community. Our Cajun Market is similar to what you would find East of the Sabine, with many of your Louisiana favorites and lagniappe. We serve fresh cooked-to-order breakfast, made from scratch plate lunches, fried pork cracklins, boudin balls, Natchitoches meat pies and much more. The meat market hosts a variety of stuffed meats, house made boudin, smoked sausage, fresh steaks, jalapeno poppers, dips and more.
